Front Office Manager
Zac
Zac has been working in healthcare since 2019, with a focused background in hormone optimization and the meaningful impact it can have on quality of life. Since joining Virtue Medical in 2024, Zac has been able to bring that experience into a broader, patient-centered approach, helping individuals not just feel better and healthier, but truly feel like themselves once again.
Zac takes a lot of pride in guiding people toward the outcomes they’re looking for, whether that’s more energy, better balance, or simply a renewed sense of confidence.
"I believe life is short, and we only get one, so feeling your best isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. Being part of that transformation is what makes this work so rewarding to me."
Outside of the clinic, Zac enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He's also a big sports fan, especially when it comes to the Chiefs and Royals. He's always trying to catch a game whenever he can.

Front Desk, Certified Medical Assistant
Jessie
"Healthcare has been my calling for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been grateful to work in this field since the day I graduated high school. For me, this work is about much more than just clinical tasks; it’s about the people I meet and the opportunity to make a difficult day a little easier for someone else. I’ve always been driven by a natural curiosity and a heart for service, and I truly enjoy the challenge of learning something new every day to ensure my patients feel heard and cared for."

Certified Medical Assistant
Tessa
"I’ve been a medical assistant working with Dr. Sharky for the past three years. My journey into this role is deeply personal—I was once a patient at Virtue Medical after undergoing a complete hysterectomy and struggling for years to feel like myself again. With the help of hormone treatment, I was able to regain my sense of well-being. After being a stay-at-home mom for 12 years, I was honored when Dr. Sharky invited me to join his team. Now, I feel truly grateful to support others as they navigate their own path back to feeling like themselves again.
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 22 years and am a proud mom of two. Our home is full of life with three dogs and two cats, and I love spending my free time painting, working outdoors, traveling, camping, and going on float trips. Most of all, I enjoy cheering on my kids at their sporting events."

Licensed Practical Nurse
Chrissy
"I started my career as a cosmetologist, then spent several years as a stay-at-home mom before becoming an LPN. For the past five years, I've worked in hormones - a field I'm passionate about after going through menopause in my 30s myself. I genuinely enjoy helping others feel like themselves again through hormone replacement and newer agents. Honestly, I love what I do. It's incredibly rewarding to be part of giving people their life back.
I've been married for 20 years and am a mom to two amazing daughters and one crazy dog. If I’m not traveling (which I do every chance I get), you can find me at a lacrosse game, out on the boat, mountain biking, gardening, or working on some kind of home project."
