Membership fees include the cost of wellness exams (including well-child visits and well-woman visits), primary care appointments (sick visits, injuries, follow-ups), and a discounted rate on labs, imaging, medications, and other services at the clinic.We can order prescriptions for almost any condition through licensed, USA-based distributors. Most can ship to us within 2 days' time. We compare prices of medications to other discount services available, and other similar companies to determine the lowest cost.Diagnostic Imaging Centers and Element Imaging provide substantial discounts for DPC members. Savings here can be quite significant, and are provided with the same professional level as insurance services.Through the generosity of LabCorp, we are able to provide very low costs for labs. Costs are transparent, and we have found that our prices are almost always lower than with insurance coverage.

At Virtue Medical, we believe your healthcare should be decided by you and your provider—not dictated by insurance companies. While we don’t bill insurance directly, you’re welcome to use your insurance benefits when it makes sense for you—such as for annual labs, imaging, or medications that may be fully or partially covered by your plan. You're never required to use our in-house services if your insurance can help reduce your costs elsewhere. Just be sure to understand your policy or reach out to your insurance provider for clarification. For those with Medicare or Medicaid, a separate agreement is required to confirm that neither we nor you will bill those programs for services received through our clinic.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit, debit, cash, ACH transfer, check, and eligible FSA, HSA, and HRA funds. While these tax-advantaged accounts are generally accepted for Direct Primary Care services, reimbursement policies can vary depending on your employer’s specific plan requirements. In some cases, a more detailed receipt may be required to ensure proper documentation for approval. We recommend discussing the use of FSA, HSA, or HRA funds with your HR department or benefits administrator to clarify what is needed for successful reimbursement.
